Welcome to the Wheatland County Youth Fair – FairEntry! This site is designed to make entering your WCYF exhibits easier than ever.

The main purpose of the WCYF is educational. The Fair Board strives to develop a spirit of friendly competition and good sportsmanship among the participating youth. Another purpose is to give the youth a deeper interest in their ranches and homes; which leads to an appreciation for better crops, livestock and homemaking skills. In addition, the WCYF Board desires to offer our youth opportunities for making their own constructive decisions and to offer a challenge toward greater accomplishments.

If you need assistance with your entry please contact the MSU Wheatland County Extension office at 632-4728, Bethany Cooney (Fair Secretary) at 632-4185 or email wheatland@montana.edu. Please note that if you do not see a class for something you would like to exhibit, please contact us so we can assist you in choosing the correct class.

The FairEntry system will be open for entries from 06/19/2023 through 07/17/2023 (11:00pm). No late entries will be allowed.

If you are unsure if you will complete an exhibit, enter it anyway. You can always scratch entries at any time, however after the final entry deadline you cannot add any further exhibits.

Please make sure you enter all family exhibitors before clicking on to the "continue to payment" process. Once you start the payment process you cannot enter additional family members until a fair administrator accepts your prior entries - we don't want your entry process to be interrupted! When you get to the payment screen you MUST continue through the process to the “SUBMIT” button even though there is no fee to enter the fair.

Thank you for your continued support of Wheatland County Youth.

Please review the 2023 Fair Entry book (link below) for important class and rule changes.
